  • MAT exam is held for almost two-and-a-half hours. The test covers two hundred (200) questions in 150 minutes. The aspirant is tested in the following five areas: Indian and Global Environment, Language Comprehension, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Mathematical Skills, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning. There are 40 questions in each section. Each question carries one mark, whereas, one/fourth mark is deducted for every wrong answer. I have given it once and my score was 95 percentile. The score helped my get an admission at Thapar School of Management which further helped to get a good job at Kellogs, India. If you are able to score above 92 percentile, you would be bale to get into good business schools in India. If the score is less than the mentioned, you might face some problem getting into good schools. So study hard and get your MBA from a reputed business schools.
