What are the different types of buying behaviour as portrayed by consumers?


a.Complex buying behaviour: Customers here may want to know several details of the product before actually buying it.Eg. In case of buying a refrigerator, the meaning of defrosting,door lock, digital temperature control etc. , comparing the brand with the other brands and so on.

b. Variety seeking buying behaviour: where there is a tendency of the customers to switch to or try out different brands frequently and not just sticking to one brand.

c.Habitual buying behaviour: Here the customer may not search for details of the product due to lesser differences between the different brands.
