What is buyer perception?


Buyer perception is what the buyer thinks , how he obtains and interprets information so obtained about the product or service. It is also about the image that he has in his mind about the company-its products and services , which he has formed by seeing the product himself, trying it out or knowing more about it through others. The advertisements, demonstrations and other promotional campaigns conducted by marketers influence the perceptions of the consumer.
