Some easy tips to ease out job related stress

shoulders and probably long working hours also. This work related stress
can eat away the charm in your personal life and deteriorate your health. So,
what can you do about it? There are some simple tactics that you can follow to
reduce the work related stress.

Take 5-7 minutes of break from work every 1-2 hours and
practice some exercises while being on your desk. Sit in a relaxed posture,
close your eyes and take deep breaths. This regulates the oxygen intake in your
body and keeps it free from fatigue.
Avoid too much of tea or coffee.
Drink a lot of water.
Exercise daily.
Go for a morning walk and practice yoga. As for work, make a
list of things to do, prioritize them and rather than getting panicked, see
