Roles & Responsibilities
-Having knowledge of preparation and maintenance of records and reports of inventories, prices, expenditures, shipments, shortages and goods used or issued.
-Keeping equipments, goods, tools in good and well condition.
-Good knowledge of proper storage methods, stock location and identification on the basis of environmental factors, turnover, physical capabilities of facilities.
-Examine and inspect stock items for defects and reporting any damage to supervisors.
-Keep records on used stock and damaged stock.
-Marking of stock items using stamps, identification tags, electric marking tools or other labelling equipments.
-Items that are packed or unpacked are stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses or storage yards
-Preparation of products, supplies, equipment and other items for use by repairing, assembling and adjusting them if necessary.
-Checked all merchandise due to their purchase orders or credit card charges, types and unites that are received.
-Prepared receiving reports that involves vendor, purchase order number, number of cartoons and data received.
-Up to date record of log sheets including shipper name, bill of landing number, purchase order etc.
-Maintenance of accurate files on packages that are received or returned.
-Shipped packages that are received from departments to include purchase order, date shipped, way of shipping package, value of contents etc.
-Problems are solved concerning damaged goods, returned goods and incorrect shipments
-BA Graduate from XYZ Limited, 20xx.
-Higher Secondary from AB Board, 20xx
-Senior Secondary from ABC Board, 20xx.
-Diploma in computer System and Design & Programming.
-Able to multi tasks when required in different areas of manufacturing.
-Good ability of solving problems using mathematics.
-Excellent knowledge of office procedures such as managing files and records, word processing, stenography, transcription etc
-Good ability to arrange the items according to a specific rule.
-Having good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
-Language Known: English, Hindi, Marathi.
